Bryce Young Embraces Andy Dalton After Victory, Shows No Bitterness About Being Benched

Bryce Young might be sidelined, but he’s still showing support for the guy who stepped in for him. After the Carolina Panthers secured their first win of the season, Young shared a heartfelt moment with Andy Dalton in the locker room.

NFL Films captured the two quarterbacks embracing following Dalton’s impressive performance in Week 3, where he threw for over 300 yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions. Even though things haven’t gone Young’s way, he’s staying positive and encouraging.

Their exchange was a bit hard to hear amid the celebration from their teammates after the big win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

Panthers head coach Dave Canales mentioned that Dalton is the one who gives them the best chance to win, so he’ll be starting against the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend..

Young reportedly felt upset and surprised after being benched, but he’s committed to making the necessary adjustments and is ready to step up when called upon again.
